Honeycomb

Honeycomb Honeycomb packaging material consists of kraft paper formed into continuous uniform hexagonal cells. Honeycomb can be used in a wide range of applications, thus honeycomb can be considered as both inner and outer packaging. In addition to blocking and filling it can also be used as a shock absorbing product, product separator as well as material for pallets.

Honeycomb is completely recyclable made only of kraft paper and water based glue. Die-cutting possibilities and different thicknesses from 10 to 110 mm allow flexible design possibilities. The material offers strength and high resistance to vertical compression. The surface can be coated in PE film allowing humidity resistance.

 

Honeycomb protects anything from small electronic components to large generators. The packaging can be designed for lighter products such as a cell phone or products as heavy as several tons of automotive parts.
