Shock, Tilt, Moisture and Temperature Indicators

Shipping demands are increasingly on the rise with "Just-In-Time" zero defect delivery requirements.  Nefabs indicators instantly react to rough handling or environmental circumstances considerably reduces mishandling and ensures that handling and transportation is performed accordingly. Just the presence of the indicating labels makes people aware and observant that handling should be performed properly.

Shock Indicators

Shock indicators can prevent damages caused by a rough handling. If a shock occurs within an impact that is worse than the activating level of the Shock indicator the indicator will be activated.  Most of the indicators are irreversible and available in different sensitivities depending on the size, weight and the sensitivity of the product.

Tilt Indicators

Tilt indicators are an instrumental product that prevents tilting of the packages.

Tilting of the package activates the irreversible indicator.

Tilt Indicators come equipped with an adaptable label that will adhere to most surfaces and can not be removed or replaced.

 

Moisture Indicators

Moisture indicators and are mostly combined with desiccants (silica gel, activated clay)

During transport and storage moisture indicators measure the % of the relative humidity inside a packaging during transport or storage. Moisture indicators come in a reversible and irreversible version
